These 15 Modern-Era finalists will join the two Senior Finalists – Ken Stabler (Quarterback) and Dick Stanfel (Guard) – as well as the Contributor Finalist, Edward DeBartolo, Jr. (Owner).

In order to be elected into the Class of 2016, a finalist must receive a minimum vote of 80% at the Annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Selection Committee Meeting, which will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016. The Pro Football Hall of Fame currently elects between four and eight new members each year. No more than five Modern-Era finalists can be selected in a given year. Therefore, a class of six, seven or eight can only be possible if the Contributor Finalist and/or one or both of the Senior Finalists are chosen.
