The first round of the 2014 NFL Draft has come to a close with some suprising late picks and trades. However, what wasn't surprising was the players selected in the top 10. If you've been following draft news and mock drafts for a while, the players in the top 10 had seemed to be on every NFL Draft scout's watch list - a little surprising considering the amount of talent in this year's Draft class.

But with all the last minute trades that keep fans guessing, adding to all the excitement that is the NFL Draft, the first round ended pretty well, with majority of fans happy with the players picked-up by their teams.

The most shocking pick of the night seemed to be Johnny Manziel who was not selected until the 22nd overall pick, regardless of the fact that he was in the top 10 on many experts' mock drafts.

Take a look at the full list of first round picks, and the trades that impacted positioning.

First Round Trades

1. The Cleveland Browns acquired first round pick no. 9 from the Bills in 2014, and the Bills 2015 first-round and fourth-round picks. In return, Buffalo received the Browns 2014 no. 4 first-round pick.

2. The Minnesota Vikings aquired pick no. 9 from the Browns in 2014 and the Browns no. 145 pick overall in the fifth round. Cleveland received the no. 8 pick in the 2014 Draft.

3. The New Orleans Saints acquired pick no. 20 in the 2014 NFL Draft from Arizona. In return, the Arizona Cardinals received pick no. 24 in 2014 and the Saints' third-round pick in 2014, no. 91 overall.

4. The Cleveland Browns aquire pick no. 22 in 2014 from Philadelphia, and the Eagles aquire pick no. 26 in 2014 and the Browns third-round pick in 2014.

5. The Seattle Seahawks gave their 32nd overall pick in 2014 to the Minnesota Vikings in return for the Vikings second-round and fourth-round picks in 2014.
