1. When do I get my Tickets?
Once you arrive at your hotel in London, you'll be able to locate your NFL On Location representative in the lobby. This is where you'll pick up your tickets to the game, your tickets for the NFL Friday Night Kickoff Cruise (for Diamond and Sapphire packages) and any other amenities that are included in your Official NFL International Series Ticket Package.
2. How do I get to the Game?
With all NFL On Location Official Ticket Packages, your transportation to and from all official events is included. So on game day, head down to the lobby of your hotel and meet your NFL On Location representative. From there, they'll check you off the transportation list and ask you to board the bus with your fellow fans. Then, you'll be transported to Wembley Stadium to be a part of the NFL tailgate hospitality party!
After the game, transportation will pick you up where it dropped you off and return you to your hotel. If you're attending the NFL Friday Night Kickoff Cruise, your transportation will work in the same way.
3. When is there Free Time?
Apart from the pregame hospitality tailgate party, the game and the NFL Friday Night Kickoff Cruise, your entire trip is free time! If you're in town Friday-Sunday, you'll have plenty of free time Friday morning and all day on Saturday.
If you're on an extended trip and staying longer than these three days, you'll have even more time to explore the city! Be sure to check out the guides above for local hot spots and tourist attractions you should definitely check out in London. There's also a sample itinerary above, as well, so you can get an idea of when you'll have free time.
4. Can I stay in London past Game day?
Of course you can! We understand that three days might not be enough time for you to see everything you want to see in London. This is why NFL On Location has made it very simple to add extra nights onto your ticket package. Whether you want to arrive a few days early or stay a few days late, we can work with the hotel on your behalf to secure your room for extra nights.
5. Do I need to take a Cab to and from the Airport?
Transportation to and from the airport is also included in your package! NFL On Location will have a semi-private transportation shuttle available to take guests to and from the airport on respective arrival and departure days.
However, if you plan to stay a few extra days or arrive several days early, this transportation option will not be available and you'll have to either rent a car or catch a cab. Another option would be taking the tube as it has lines that run to both local airports.
