There are four ways you can experience the 2016 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend, one of which is by going Platinum! Whether you want to go for three or four days, there are so many exciting events you can be a part of throughout the weekend. Take a look below at what the Platinum package has to offer!
VIP Reception + Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Ceremony
Prior to the Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Ceremony, you are treated to a VIP Reception, which features a seated dining experience with an open bar. Last year, the event was held at the Krassas Center in Canton. Plus, two Hall of Famers – Anthony Munoz and Paul Warfield – made surprise appearances!
Following the reception, you head to the Canton Civic Center to see the Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Ceremony live. The evening kicks off with returning Hall of Famers crossing the stage before the current class members put on their gold jackets. It’s quite the night!
Pre-Concert Legendary VIP Party + Concert for Legends
Delicious food and a premium open bar make for good time before the Concert of Legends. Last year, the dance floor was full of people showing off their moves and swaying to the music. Guests could also participate in the fun games – they got really intense! The atmosphere is energetic and lively and really gets you pumped up and ready for the concert.
Ready for the best news? Tim McGraw will be performing at the 2016 Concert for Legends. 2015 was a night to remember, and 2016 will be, too. Platinum guests sat on the field level with incredible views of the stage. Living Colour took the stage first followed by the one and only Aerosmith. Steven Tyler killed it, as we expected, and let’s just say, for many people, this was their favorite part of the weekend. We can't wait for the show Tim McGraw will put on! Are you as excited as we are?
Enshrinement Stage Photo
On the day of the Enshrinement Ceremony, you have the opportunity to take a photo on the Enshrinement Stage where the Hall of Famers are inducted. Afterwards, you will be able to view and download your high-quality complimentary photo.
Last year, people really got into it! Make sure to wear your favorite outfits and sport your favorite accessories!
Gold Jacket VIP Party
Hall of Famers return to Canton, and you get meet and take photos with them! In 2015, Platinum guests lined up to take pictures with Hall of Famers Dermontti Dawson, Derrick Brooks, Ray Guy and Chris Doleman. You will also get to enjoy gourmet food and a premium open bar. It’s the perfect way to kick back and have a good time before the Enshrinement Ceremony.
Class of 2016 Enshrinement Ceremony
VIP Field Preferred Seating at the Enshrinement Ceremony? Check! This is typically the highlight of the weekend for everyone. There is nothing like witnessing some of America’s greatest being inducted into the Hall of Fame, especially when you have a spectacular view.
The Class of 2015 Enshrinement Ceremony brought incredibly heartfelt speeches and the most enthusiasm I have ever seen in a crowd – especially when Jerome Bettis took the stage! It’s such a memorable experience and definitely one you don’t want to miss.
Early Admission to the Hall of Fame
Say goodbye to long lines – trust me, you’ll see them all day long at the Hall of Fame. The good news is, you can beat the lines and get early admission to the Hall of Fame on Sunday. This will include “Breakfast with the Busts,” and you will be the first to see the busts on display in the Hall before doors open to the general public.
Enshrinees’ Game Day Roundtable Luncheon
Before heading to the Game Day Roundtable where Hall of Famers will participate in a little Q&A session, you’ll get to have lunch with them!
VIP Kickoff Tailgate Party + NFL/Hall of Fame Game
Why not close out the weekend with a bang? Before heading to the Hall of Fame game, you are treated to tasty food and plenty of drinks at the VIP Kickoff Tailgate Party. Plus, you never know who might make an appearance! In 2015, guests were able to take pictures with five current Hall of Famers: Andre Reed, Aeneas Williams, Billy Shaw, Randall McDaniel and John Randle. It was a packed house!
Last, but certainly not least, you will enjoy Gold Zone seating between the 35s to watch the Hall of Fame game. We don’t know yet which teams will be playing, but we do know you’ll have a great view of all of the action! Last year, the Vikings beat the Steelers 14-3.
