This year, the ceremony will be hosted for the second time by critically and globally acclaimed actor, comedian, and late night talk show host, James Corden! The show will be hosted at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on November 6, 2016.
The Hollywood Film Awards® is the launch of the awards season. Held annually since 1997, this program was created to celebrate Hollywood in a more intimate way. The Hollywood Film Awards® honors some of the most acclaimed films and actors, as well as artists in Cinematography, Visual Effects, Film Composing, Costume Design, Editing, Production Design, Sound, and Makeup & Hairstyling. The recipients of each award are selected by an advisory team for their body of work and/or a film(s) released during the calendar year. More than 110 honorees have gone on to be nominated for or win an Oscar.
